Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, He is a university graduate holding a degree in Agribusiness Management from Africa University in Zimbabwe. In 2009 Moise joined COBURWAS International Youth Organization to Transform Africa in Uganda. He volunteered to serve civil conflicts affected and hopeless refugee communities from various back grounds in the kyangwali refugee camp. Has been serving in CIYOTA to enhance livelihood among refugee youths and families to promote self-reliance for a better future in CIYOTA. Conceptually through entrepreneurial passion of promoting innovations in agricultural sector to boost economies for having Healthy, wealthier, and self-sustainable communities in Africa; Moise is also currently serving as the executive director at Rejeo-rk enterprise; an agribusiness based company aiming at promoting improved postharvest technology resulting in reduced food losses, improved overall quality and food safety and higher profits for rural growers and marketers.
